(Part-Time Telephone Interviewers)
We are a global Market research and Solution providing organisation based in the Suburban area of Berkshire (very close to Slough and Southall). We are interested to hear from candidates who would like to work as Part time telephone interviewers in Market Research conducting Customer Experience Surveys over the telephone.
Experience is beneficial, but not essential as relevant training will be provided.
20 hours minimum required per week. You will be working in a modern environment using a CATI system to input customer data.
- Computer literate/computer user
- Familiarity of working to targets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good grammar
- Good vocabulary
- Patience and empathy
- Reliable and dependable
- Confident in making conversation with others
- Good telephone manner, well spoken
Hours currently available are:
Mon-Fri: 3pm - 9pm
The Centre will be open 5 days/week
Interviewers are required to be available to work at least 3 shifts/week.
