Seeking a Sustainability Consultant / Qualified SAP Assessor (part-time)

Our friendly team provides Consultancy and Surveying services to architects, developers, solicitors, estate agents and private clients. These services include Code Assessments, SAP calculations, EPCs and other matters relating to Energy Surveying.

This role will be working in a friendly office based in the village of Lytchett Matravers in Poole, Dorset. We pride ourselves on being client-focused and will always try to go that extra mile.

Duties to include SAP Assisting and assisting with:
Code of Sustainable homes
SBEM
Liaising with clients and providing advice

Requirements:
Qualified SAP Assessor (min 12 months experience)
Interest in sustainability, green building, renewables
Confident in dealing with clients
Shows initiative and self-motivation
High standard of literacy for report writing
Good attention to detail

Office-based. Hours negotiable.
