Private company which runs residential care and supported living for people with mental health problems who spent long lime in secure hospitals or prisons is looking for full time/part time employees. One person required for night shifts (sleep over) and another for flexible 8 hour day and night shifts. Supporting people is a 24/7 operation, so the ability to work flexibly to suit the needs of the home is essential. Although NVQ in Social Care and other relevant qualifications would be advantageous, what we’re really looking for is a high motivation, caring nature, patience, a good sense of humour and great communication skills.
Excellent training and experience opportunities.
Starting salary: £6.20-7.50 per hour depending on qualifications and exprerience
