We are currently recruiting for 5 dynamic Support Workers to provide support and care to a group of individuals with learning disabilities.
This is an exciting new service, providing support to people with a wide range of needs, abilities and opportunities to gain greater independence. We want to make sure this service give our customers the best possible personalised support they deserve and Look Ahead promise.

We need a dynamic team of staff who have experience of working with people with learning disabilities, who are resilient and motivated and can cope with behaviours that challenge! You will need to be able to work consistently and calmly with the customers and work effectively on your own and as part of a team. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills to enable customers to build professional relationships with their support team.
