We currently have positions available for Support / Care Staff, within Inverness and the surrounding areas.
Ideally, candidates should have experience and an SVQ 2 in Health and Social Care as a minimum, or be willing to work towards this. Own transport would also be advantageous, due to working within the Community.

This role involves support and care work with clients, along with management duties, including service audits, risk assessments, liaison with families and commissioners, conducting supervisions and chairing team meetings. We are dedicated to promoting independent living through enabling the development of social, personal and domestic skills and the successful candidate will have a vital role to play in achieving this.
Ideally you will hold an SVQ3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, or be working towards this standard. You will be required to be highly flexible and participate in the 24 hour on-call rotational system providing management support to staff and a person-centred approach to the people who use our service.
