Tinderbox Espresso Bar are currently recruiting for Full Time Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join an established and expanding award winning Independent business. Preferably with experience of a similar fast paced standards driven environment you will be a hands on manager with a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure leading your team to ensure the smooth running of each shift. You will play a key role in staff training and development and ensuring that all Tinderbox standards and practices are met or exceeded.
