We are outdoor event caterers. We will be looking for staff for the summer, starting date June 2012. We go to shows of all sorts, some music some living history events etc. We work hard but we have fun too.

Duties will include setting up and packing down the unit. Serving customers, handling money and helping to clean down after service. You must be willing to travel around the country always weekends, sometimes longer.

You need to drive and have a vehicle, own camping gear (we do have some spare bits!) and have a sense of humour and stamina! You need to speak English.

To be fair this job is not for everyone - it often involves long hours - typically 10 - 12 hours per day, often longer! It is physically and mentally tiring being on your feet all day/night and you must put up with sleeping in a tent, the lack of hot showers, mud and sometimes very loud music.
On the plus side you get free food, drink and live entertainment during your breaks and off periods and get to work within a fun, lively team.
