The Company:

ChapmanBlack are a young, dynamic Executive level recruitment company based in the City of London. We are on a mission to revolutionise the recruitment industry. To enable us to effectively deliver innovative recruitment services to our candidates and clients, our strategy must be clearly defined and compelling. This project is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in strategy and management consulting.

Main Responsibilities:

Work with the CEO and Head of Operations to: devise ChapmanBlack growth strategy; conduct research to identify the most attractive market segments; present findings to the Executive Management Team
