A Stores Operative is required to work for a manufacturing company which is one of largest and fastest growing manufacturers of electrical components.

Duties to include:
Ensuring constant supply of materials onto shop floor covering various areas.
Working from a list of instructions, recording faulty materials, moving finished goods to other locations within the factory and stores area.
Moving pallets by hand or truck to various locations.
Other duties to include recording information onto computers and liaising with other colleagues from different departments.
Some Heaving lifting will be involved.
Safety Boots and Hi Vis vests must be worn at all times.

Candidate Requirements
Candidates MUST hold a valid Reach Truck certificate
Previous Stores, stock control and material handling experience is essential for this role.
Candidates must be reliable, flexible and organized as ability to work in all areas is essential.
Must be computer literate as use of bar coding terminals will be required.
Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
Good standard and understanding of spoken and written English as training is delivered by line leaders.

Salary £6.44 per hour + ho;iday pay
