We are a family run public house in the pretty village of penshurst. We are looking for a sous chef to be second in charge to our head chef. We are very busy in the summer months, quieter in the winter time to be able to have time off. Your shifts would be 5 and half days on splits followed by 1 and half days off.
The applicant must be able to handle the kitchen in all aspects.
