Talented Sous Chef required for award winning Gastro Pub

Our Client is a hugely successful award winning Gastro Pub in Midhurst, West Sussex.
We are seeking an innovative Sous Chef for their fine dining Gastro pub to support a highly commended Head chef.

The menu comprises of a modern British cuisine using fantastic, locally sourced produce.
The ideal candidate should have:

A minimum 2 years Sous Chef experience within a Quality/Award Winning, Restaurant / Gastro Operation
Be able to work under pressure and capitalise on the performance of the team
A sound knowledge of menu planning & costing
Stock Control: Purchasing, Invoices, Control of Control
Chef Training & Development, Team Briefings
Due Diligence - Hygiene Records & Procedures

Salary expectation - £Negotiable up to 20/23k
