We are an award winning beautiful French/Mediterranean restaurant-bar with live DJ music on weekends in South Kensington. The group is expanding continuously, thus providing great opportunities for career development to ambitious, hard working professionals. We are currently looking for an experienced sous Chef to join our team. Our menu offers classic dishes such as steak frites, Sea Bass, Tiger Prawns, Toulouse Sausage alongside lighter salads and appetisers.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who is
1 - Able to create and develop new dishes to enrich our seasonal menu
2 - Able to maintain the highest standards of food quality and service at all times
3 - Well acquainted with Control stock, purchasing, and portion control
4 - able to keep good hygiene and Health and Safety standards
5 Calm and able to work under pressure
6 - a good team played who cooperates with senior management
