Sous Chef required for Harpurs of Melbourne.
Must have previous experience in a similare role using all fresh produce. Qualifications up to level 2 NVQ desirable but not essential. Basic food hygiene and a sound knowledge of HACCP procedures essential.
You will be responsible for running the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence ensuring that standards are maintained and all relevant paperwork is up to date.
