We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous to work with our experienced and talented Head Chef in our 130 cover restaurant. We are currently rated no.1 restaurant in Somerset by trip advisor in our fifth month of opening and are setting our sights on achieving 3 AA rosettes. Candidates must have a passion for delivering exceptional food, be highly driven with a hunger to achieve and be prepared to ‘go the extra mile’ to help drive the business. Our menus are a mix of modern British classics with some international twists in a relaxed, unpretentious fine dining environment. We offer full training and real career opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in our beautifully renovated restaurant. English speaking is essential with good communication skills. Live in is available £55 p/week.
