We currently have multiple openings for people with waiting or bar staff experience that are looking for a change of direction. Applicants must be highly motivated, well organized, ambitious, and outgoing.

We are looking to increase our sales force and expand our management team by developing the right people through a 4-step Business Development Programme.

We specialise in marketing and new customer acquisition for a leading cosmetics designer. We conduct all the marketing, promotions and sales for those clients while ultimately focusing on increasing their traffic flow and bottom-line sales. (No Telemarketing, No Graphic Design). We target small, medium and large businesses through the Greater Birmingham area to get our client as much exposure as possible.

This is a challenging opening within a fast-paced environment that moves as quickly as you want to go. The perfect applicant would be a recent graduate (or someone seeking a fresh start) looking to establish a career in marketing and working upwards to a management position within 6-12 months. For one to achieve success with our company, they will need to be able to learn, teach, train, and motivate others by example.

Responsibilities of our business may include:
- Improving customer service
- Overseeing campaign development
- Managing customer service, sales people
- Running comprehensive residential and/or small commercial energy audits
- Delegating responsibilities to assistants
