As a Shift Manager with a new McDonalds outlet you will support the Manager in the day to day running of the shift, working to brand standards, ensuring the team deliver great customer service, carrying out training with the team, opening and closing of the unit and stepping up in the absence of the manager. You will need to have demonstrated a range of abilities and behaviours which are vital to delivering great results and have a will do attitude to ensure our customers expectations are exceeded. You must have proven supervisory experience in any industry. Those with no food experience will be considered. You must have a driving licence as the 16 week training programme will require some travel. Full travel, hotel and meal costs will be covered.
