49 bedroom hotel requires experienced Service Manager with main responsibility of the restaurant and bar. Reports directly to the General Manager. Must have good understanding of food and beverage.
Restaurant with rosette standard. The hotel holds 100+ weddings hence events experience is a plus.

Position is part of the hotel senior management and responsibilities. Minimum of restaurant manager experience is expected.

Salary negotiable.
