WRVS is a leading voluntary organisation and charity, delivering services in local communities throughout the UK.

The full time administrator will manage the financial and administrative aspects of WRVS community services, in particular the Community transport service and volunteer recruitment; volunteers deliver one to one support to our service users. The administrator will coordinate, monitor and track outcomes and provide financial and written reports as required. The post holder will be the first port of call for all enquiries to WRVS this includes internal and external partners, funders and supporters.

This is a new post as part of a busy dedicated team. Candidates must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer care standards, a caring and supportive nature, organisational, time management, IT , and experience of dealing with financial business with use of all Microsoft packages. Excellent communication, listening, and strong leadership skills are essential, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines and targets as well as continue to build strong foundations and relationships with staff, volunteers and external partners. Experience in the voluntary sector or within the NHS preferable.

This is full-time position working 35 hours per week.
