inamo and inamo st james are innovative oriental fusion restaurants & bars coupling cutting edge technology with a high standard of food.

We are seeking EXPERIENCED ONLY, highly professional waiting staff.
Ideally able to start immediately.

Candidates must:

have the ability to maintain a complete knowledge of all food and beverages
have the ability to follow opening and closing procedures
have a high level of charm and customer service skills
have good English language skills
have the ability to learn swiftly

Wages are highly competitive.

inamo opened in Aug 2008 and has proven highly successful. inamo st james launched in Dec 2010 on Regent Street and provides enhanced opportunities for events with a total capacity of 300. Spanning 8,000 sq ft, the venue features two stylish private dining rooms, a destination bar and sushi bar.

Both restaurants use E-Table, the world's first interactive ordering system that uses overhead projection technology to give the customer complete control over their dining experience.

In addition to ordering food from the table, guests are able to choose from a range of virtual 'tablecloths', view the inamo chefs working in real time using the 'Chef Cam' function and explore a wide range of practical services such as taxi booking facilities.
