We are and fast expanding Online Entertainment Company and are currently seeking a SEO executive to join our team.

It will initially be anything from between 10 - 30 hours a week to start with, although If the right candidate comes along, then there may even be an opportunity for the role to become part-time/or increased to 2-5 days a week?

It would be advantageous, but not essential if you have good knowledge of 'authentic' link building tactics, especially more creative forms of link development, such as creating/utilizing content and engaging with online influencers to seed and promote content on sites, blogs and forums. Even utilizing social media too, but this is not a key requirement.

Applicant Must:
You should have a real passion for SEO/SEM/PPC
2 years + Search Marketing experience (Both SEO/PPC) in particular with strong emphasis on natural search/SEO On Site and Off Site optimisation experience
Create strategy, manage to execute
Experience of SEO Tools- SEO MOZ, Majestic SEO, Market Samauri,ahref, etc
Adwords Qualified (desirable not essential)
Research, analyses manage and execute PPC and SERP campaigns
Excellent organisational skills
Experience of at least one web analytics package
Strong attention to detail
Able to prioritise, sometimes in a pressurized environment
Confident with good communication and presentation skills
Excellent account management skills
Up to date with current search engine updates
Applicants must be highly motivated, tenacious and wanting to succeed in a management position.

Responsibilities :

Managing in house campaigns on a month by month basis, you will be responsible for:
Create and Manage PPC Campaigns
Identifying a growth plan over a 3/6/12 month period
Setup and analysis of current campaigns
Conducting Key phrase analysis and benchmarking
Conducting Competitor analysis and benchmarking
Delivering Social media work (Facebook, Twitter etc)
Reporting on key performance metrics to MD

It is vital that you have previous SEO experience.
