I am looking for 3 talented individuals to join me on an exciting journey building the best permanent recruitment business in London. I am looking for people who believe themselves to be the best in the business who want to use the might of the Berkeley Scott brand to take their career to the next level. I am particularly looking for people with experience recruiting into Hotels, Contract Catering and anyone with Chef Experience.

Based in our Mortimer Street office you will need to be capable of taking control of your business and organising and managing your own time. I am looking for people who can hit the ground running with regard to billing, and want to build their own team around them in their chosen sector.

You should have a thorough knowledge of the recruitment process, be comfortable selling at all levels have a sound knowledge of your sector, great interpersonal skills, strong admin and IT skills and a level head!

We really want someone who understands this business inside and out and is standards led! Although you will be target driven we are looking for someone who can manage and motivate themselves to achieve. You will be treated like an adult and live and die by your own decisions.

In return we can offer a very strong basic salary (dependant on experience) with genuine opportunity to earn good money. As well as this we have quarterly and half year incentives such as lunches at top restaurants and all expenses paid weekends abroad.
