HotLet.net, Bristols new and exciting residential lettings and property management agency, require a Senior Negotiator/Branch Manager based in Hotwells.
We are committed to growing a professional lettings team and are looking for an exceptional candidate in the first instance, within a highly competitive local property market.
Suitable candidates must have confidence in their self-motivation, communication and management skills, have the ability to find landlords and retain clients, implement a business plan designed to optimise every business opportunity and actively generate revenue for the company through residential lettings and other related products.
The role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people, so good customer service skills are essential and an acute awareness of client relationships are required to succeed in this position.
This role has great earning potential for the hungry, motivated and determined candidate; it will be home based in the first instance.
To be considered for the position you will have the following qualities:
Worked as a lettings negotiator;
ARLA membership;
Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets in the industry;
Customer focused;
Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic;
Excellent communication skills;
Full UK driving licence essential/pool car available for business use
Salary £12,000-15,000 per annum dependant on experience, plus uncapped commission.
