We are looking for a reliable and passionate senior chef de partie to work in this busy and respected kitchen and restaurant.

The senior chef de partie must have at least 1 years experience at chef de partie level or above. The qualified chef must be knowledgeable on all sections and work with precision and cleanliness.

As the food at this well know eatery is supplied by its own farm the chef must have overall knowledge of fresh and seasonally changing ingredients.

The senior chef de partie must also be of a level where they would be expected to run a service in thwe Head Chefs absence.

The hours for the position will be 35 plus per week and the salary discussed on experience and interview
