To ensure continuity of high standards within this busy nursing home. All staff will enhance and promote the residents quality of life in a person centred manner. Lead, support and mentor new and existing care assistants. Responsible for Fire and Health and Safety whilst on duty. Assist residents in their personal care including toileting, bathing, dressing and undressing, ensure optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals. Ensure residents care plans are accurate and reflect their current needs. Safe administration of medicine, and accurate documentation.
Experience within a Nursing Home essential.
