We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Secretary to work with our Entertainment and Sports Clients. The main purpose of this role is to provide full secretarial and administrative support for the team
As a Team Secretary your key responsibilities will include:
Processing personal expenses and invoices
Key point of contact for administration enquiries from team
Managing and updating database information
Document formatting , including word processing for clients (where applicable)
Assist with producing internal and external presentations
Filing, archiving, photocopying, faxing, emailing etc.
Organising and scheduling meetings
Assist with HR admin
Identifying potential admin process improvements
Liaison with Premises and ordering stationery
Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Coverage of other administrative roles in times of absence.
