I am looking for a seasonal Chef de Partie or Sous Chef for a busy restaurant on the island of Mull off the west coast of Scotland.

This will suit someone with passion and enthusiasm for fresh seafood.

Local seasonal produce, all made freshly on the premises with lots of seafood and game, lunches to 40 covers and dinners to 50

Up to £400 per week dependant on experience

Static caravan £50 per week

3 chefs plus kitchen porters

The position is available right away and is a new up and coming restaurant with a new, modern, well equipped kitchen.

Working with a small and happy team.

This will suit someone who likes the outdoors and loves the sea which the restaurant is next to.
