We are a busy Japanese Seafood distributing (wholesale) Company looking for Admin support for the Sales & Finance Teams.

Duties Include: Entering daily Sales Orders onto the company accounting system (Sage200), Raising Invoices, Filing, Liaising with Sales & Finance team, General Admin.

Must have the right to work in the UK.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, a willing learner, pro-active and have a keen eye for detail, with good command of English, IT literate in MS Office & experience using Sage 200 (or Sage line 50) or similar accounts package desired, training will be given.

Hours: 30-40 hours per week (Start from 5.00 am, between Monday - Saturday).
Initial 3 month contract with a view to make the role permanent for the right candidate
Salary: £7.50 per hour
