Kabuto Noodles - www.kabutonoodles.com are lookign for someone to help with their sales & marketing. Initially the role is an internship (ie 6 - 8 wks) there is scope for the role to then go permanent.
Kabuto needs to raise its profile with its customers, both retail (ie shops) & with end customers (ie people actually buying the product.) The need is for someone who can help be the face & voice of Kabuto:
Look after existing retail customers. This means calling them up regularly, making sure theyre happy with the product, finding out what would help them to sell more & offering them assistance in growing the account.
Doing tastings in stores this means product sampling with key stores to take the noodles off the shelf & get people actually trying them. This is a great way of telling potential customers the Kabuto story & getting them to try & (hopefully!) buy the products.
Develop relationships with customers & potential customers & help take the brand to a wider audience, this would mean:
Managing digital activity (ie twitter & facebook), to make sure that theres constant contact with potential customers, and actively grows the brand online.
Writing a weekly or monthly digital newsletter that would keep people up to date with whats going on at Kabuto, and should be in the keeping with the brand.
Help take the brand out to customers this would involve organising sampling & tasting campaigns at suitable occasions / events across the UK. This might involve going to visit companies & giving product samples away whilst telling people why the noodles are great, or going out to give samples to people at the right time maybe after a surf down at the beach, maybe after mountain biking, sailing / wherever!
