Job Title: Sales / Lettings Negotiator / Estate Agent

Location: London, Fulham

Salary: 11,000 - 15,000 Depending on Experience OTE, 35,000 - 40,000 + Car Allowance, Car Pool

Hours: 10am-7pm (Mon-Thurs), 10am -5pm (Fri) 11am-2pm (every other Sat)

Rapidly Expanding Fulham based Estate Agent looking for an experienced Sales/Lettings Negotiator.

This leading Fulham estate agent is looking for 2 highly motivated sales and lettings negotiators to join this busy and successful team.

Incredibly well regarded in and around the Fulham & Hammersmith area with an excellent reputation.
The team has a work hard / play hard mentality with a fun and vibrant office environment.

Character profile:

Previous Sales/Lettings Negotiator experience is essential. The chosen candidates will be success driven with a lot of initiative and motivation. You will be expected to hit the ground running with the want to smash targets and be the best.

You will need to be very professional in presentation and communication and have a "can do, will do" mentality.
