Full Time Sales Executive:

Novus Leisure is currently looking to recruit a pro-active Sales Executive to work in our city venue The Gable. Our team is dedicated, motivated, ambitious and they work hard and play hard.

With over 50% of sales managers recruited internally this is an excellent opportunity to get your career started within the hospitality sales environment.

The role is a varied one and includes the following:
- Driving bookings and guest list
- Face to face meetings and cold calling
- Pro actively selling the venue to new customers
- Coordinating events and showcases
- Creatively producing and promoting themed nights
- Managing a computer based booking system
- Driving Corporate Sales

The role is suited for someone who is used to dealing with clients on a daily basis and has worked in a target driven environment.

You will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as basic computer skills.

You must love interacting with customers, have a passion for the industry and above all be able to exceed our customersÂ’ expectations.
You must be able to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment. You must be able to work towards targets and be able to sell the venue to corporate clients

Please note:
Eligibility to work in the UK will be required.
You must be well presented.
English is essential.
Experience in venue sales and cold calling preferred but not essential.
