Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic & fast growing speciality beer business. We are looking to build upon our success by appointing a full time Sales Administrator to manage day to day customer orders, deliveries, overseas haulage, stock management, general invoicing and phone enquiries. First point of contact for our customers, the candidate will provide operational support to the rest of the team and facilitate the smooth-running of operations.

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual with previous experience in the Alcoholic Drinks Sector. This key role ensures the success of our company and requires a real love of beer, a genuine interest in the UK pub/bar/restaurant/supermarket scene and very strong administrative and organisational skills.

You must be:

• Supremely organised, efficient and effective, with meticulous attention to detail
• Able to demonstrate a high level of computer literacy
• Someone with self-initiative, common sense and willing to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to multi-task
• Hands-on, positive, confident and personable

Key responsibilities:

• Daily processing of sales orders, liaising with our overseas warehouse and UK Haulier. Raising all deliveries, following-up and solving delivery issues, receipting new stocks, invoicing customers, pricing queries, running sales reports, customer database management, supporting the team for events organisation.
• You will act as an ambassador for the company and must have excellent phone manners
• You will answer customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• You will be required to gain a knowledge of our beers and suppliers
• You will be responsible for the accuracy of all invoices and statements being issued
• In collaboration with our Belgian Brewery, you will be keeping track of stock levels to ensure customer orders fulfilment in the UK whilst planning the inbound stock.

Key skills:

• Proven computer & software expertise (Microsoft Suite, Advanced Excel)
• An excellent proficiency of the English language
• Listening and quick thinking
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Being analytical and numerate

Extra skills, but not compulsory

• Previous experience of Navision Systems a great advantage
• University degree desirable
• Good knowledge of latest technology & trends (social media, professional Apps,…)
• A passion for Beer
