The Rover Reception/Administration Assistant will support all local sites as and when required. This position will work as part of a team to provide the highest level of customer service to our Clients and support to the Business Services Manager. This role will cover several of our service areas and will require a high level of multiskilling.
All Rovers are accountable for maintaining the established relationship with our clients. You will be able to recognise the clients needs and to translate these into a responsive service.
This is a hands-on role and will involve working within a team to deliver the overall service
This roles includes, but is not limited to -
Filing, Reference point Reprographics, Mail and faxing, Switchboard/reception, Hospitality, Security (where applicable)
If you are customer focused, with experience in staff management in a customer service environment, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to retain high levels of concentration then we would love to hear from you.
The candidate must be available to work from 6:30 am to 10pm in a 37.5 hours a week.
