We are currently recruiting for Room Service Waiters/Waitresses for this 5* Hotel.

The purpose of this role primarily is to provide exceptional standards of service whilst exceeding guest expectations and ensuring an unforgettable experience. You will respond professionally consistently to room service calls, taking and confirming orders, upselling products and recommending accompanying food and beverage products. You will be comfortable liaising with various hotel departments and providing services to guests in their rooms or communal areas. You will work closely with team members from the kitchen and room service departments, providing support and cooperation during busy periods and key service times. This is a busy and demanding role which requires superb attention to detail, outstanding customer service and exceptional communication skills.

Candidates must have previous experience in a luxury Food and Beverage environment. The succuessful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional guest service skills, be immaculately presented and have excellent communication and organisational skills.

The wage offered is dependent on experience. The standard rota will be discussed dependent on requirement. Full time opportunities offered.
