The Lakes Aquarium is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to supervise the Retail department, monitoring the staff welcome, sales and promotions on a daily basis. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate previous retail and sales experience and assist in ensuring that an excellent service and product is delivered to all customers.

They will work closely alongside the Operations Manager, supporting in all aspects of the daily operation. Staff training and development is a key aspect of this role.

The position requires excellent customer service skills, IT experience and the ability to work under pressure with attention to detail. Previous supervisor experience is desired.

The successful candidate will be expected to work during school holidays and weekends.
