Must have excellent customer service and communications skills with a polite and professional telephone manner. IT literacy is essential as you will be dealing with online sales and queries. Duties will be customer assistance, which will be face to face, online and on the telephone, maintaining stock, administration duties as required, cash handling, cashing up and any end of day tasks and working closing with the manager to ensure the smooth running of the business. Part time, 3 days over 6, 9.00am to 5.30pm.
