We are seeking a bright, bubbly, enthusiastic and talented SALES & TRAINING Executive to join our thriving skincare brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and energetic seasoned sales professional to join a forward thinking organisation at an exciting time.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record in sales, have the ability to cultivate and develop relationships with customers and have a full, clean driving licence.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
>Implementing the company’s sales plans and strategies
>Accountable for UK & International sales (store groups, independent stockists, corporate, direct sales)
>UK & International account management – liaising with store managers for full visibility of sales, stock, sell through, event calendars
>Building strong rapport with store managers through national store visits & providing continual support/contact via phone/email
>Aiding with the development of sales strategies, forecasts and targets
>Training sales representatives (in-store retail team) & recruiting sales reps for bespoke events
>Compiling and analysing sales data & weekly reports for internal circulation
>Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
>Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

-Proven sales experience from within the retail (preferably beauty) industry
-Excellent sales & negotiation skills – good business sense
-Initiative and enthusiasm
-Good sense of humour
