Our Head Chef, Loic Gratadoux, creates menus that evolve with the seasons and celebrate produce from the sea and the pastures of Dorset. Locally reared meat, supplied from local butchers, feature on the menu and being literally ‘on the water’s edge’ means that we also offer sea food landed daily from the crystal clear Dorset waters. We are currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor for a busy environment 2 AA Rosette Restaurant.

You must:

Be able to handle the pressure of a busy environment.
Be in a similar role or Duty Management role, looking for your next big career step
Have excellent oral and written English.
