mark at street, a small fine dining restaurant in Nailsworth has vacancies for both a Full-time Restaurant Manager and Part time assistant manager (approx 16 hours per week)

Do you have fantastic customer service skills and a positive outlook? Are you looking for a new challenge? Previous experience with both food and wine is essential but most importantly, you will have a fantastic attitude, the desire to work hard and the ability to lead a dynamic team.

Experience of working within a busy restaurant or hotel, a good operational knowledge of a variety of foods and beverages and statutory regulations is essential
