For our London office we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to work as a Researcher/Resourcer for our IT/Technology practice within Banking and Finance.
We are ideally looking at anyone with at least 12 months experience in an executive search/headhunting environment.
We will obviously prioritise candidates with the most relevant experience however we will also look at applicants coming from different walks of life as long as they have a few years of experience working on the phone either in sales, marketing, customer service etc. where a great level of telephone skills are required.
We are a Headhunting firm based in London Mayfair that exclusively focuses on assignments on behalf of top tier clients in:
- Private Wealth Management,
- Asset Management,
- IT/Technology within Banking,
all across our offices in London, Geneva, New York and Singapore.
You will be immediately immersed in a professional and mature environment working together with the head of the IT/Technology practice. It is a very dynamic role where you will get a 360 degree exposure supporting a very vibrant and seasoned consultant with over 20 years of experience. His hands-off approach and his intention to delegate will allow you to let your own initiative drive you.
You will also be given the necessary training and explained our working standards and procedures. Ideally you will have a reasonable understanding of the headhunting business model as well as a reasonable knowledge of the financial services industry as well as the IT/Technology space. Depending on your level of experience you will be also involved in the execution process being able to see a clear career path.
It is not a sales role however you will have to be confident and polite on the phone and be able to maintain a professional approach particularly when facing rejection. Tenacity is key for this position.
Impeccable organisational skills as well as fluent communication ability are required.
Additional languages besides English are desirable but not essential.

The Research and Execution Associate (REA) role is primarily responsible for the identification, sourcing and placement of high calibre candidates on behalf of both our existing and potentially new clients.
This will be through proactive headhunting, networking and market mapping becoming an expert in information gathering and lead pulling supporting the Consultant in the growth of the business area.
Candidate Sourcing and Management
Proactive networking to grow active candidate base
Map organisations and teams
Focussed headhunting to increase candidate base and source specific roles
Write good quality and informative job ads
Attend candidate meetings
Review applications and produce shortlists
Brief candidates on market and specific opportunities
Arrange interviews and conduct pre and post prep
Client management and business development
Identify new hiring managers through lead generation
Attend client meetings / role briefings with Consultant
Develop a deep understanding of client companies including structure and culture
Acquire, format and send CVs
Contractor management / aftercare
Schedule monthly follow up calls are placement
Maintain strong relationships with CWC contractors
Assist in compiling necessary compliance before sending contractor on site.
All information to be entered on database
All conversations, send out etc to be tracked properly
Compliance docs to be stored for easy future access
