We are a people tracing company who specialise in Asset Reunification and are looking for a Researcher to join our experienced Research Team.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills in Word and Excel and proven experience in customer service and office administration.
You must have strong communication skills, be enthusiastic, adaptable and confident to use your own initiative. You must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to deliver under tight schedules.
You should be personable, highly customer focused, have good attention to detail and be happy working in a team environment.
Experience in Genealogical Research is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Experience in project management would also be desirable for this position.
A CRB check will be conducted upon recruitment.
This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 - 5pm.
The salary range is £12,500 - £14,000 dependant upon experience.
