- To help prepare and present food in a way which will encourage customers to buy and enjoy their meals..

- To make sure that the kitchen, restaurant and service areas are clean, tidy and attractive during opening times.

- To make sure food is prepared and served promptly and to work quickly enough to keep up during busy periods.

- To make sure portion control, preparation and storage methods avoid wastage and keep down costs.

- To assist with the Production controls that are in place

- To be polite, friendly and helpful at all times.

- Deal with individual customer requests.

- Listen to customer remarks politely and make sure follow up action is taken

- To advise colleagues and customers to help them choose what they would like to eat.

- To make the most of sales opportunities by encouraging the customer to buy something new or have extra portions.

- To ensure all Food Concept specifications are adhered too.

- To take an active part in any unit sales promotions and make your own suggestions to help increase sales.

- To give any information that might lead to new business to the sales department.

- £7.35 per hour, 35 hours per week. Previous experience with catering essential.
