An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced care home manager, with a comprehensive background in the provision of dementia care to join a medium sized residential home in Stourbridge.

The ideal candidate needs to meet the following essential criteria:

* NVQ Level 4 in health and social care, and have an interest in or be working towards their level 5

* Have previously held registration as a home manager and have successfully completed their registered manager's award

* Proven dementia experience, having previously managed a home for the elderly with dementia

* Several years experience in a senior management position, with a detailed knowledge of person centred care planning, budget management and maintaining maximum occupancy within the home
