Description

As a Regional Analyst, you will be interacting with the sales team, research and scheduling. You will learn about deal structures and account quality, run reports for accounts with no activity and get updates on accounts that have been breached. We are looking for entrepreneurial initiative to come up with new, more optimised ways for the team to work.

Your Responsibilities
• Running reports to help focus the sales team
• Research and lead generation
• Maintaining Salesforce accounts and database [definitely, primary purpose here]
• Preparing weekly presentations and incentive updates
• Taking notes from team meetings
• Using initiative to create new reports and databases

Skills
• You need to have obtained a 2.1 undergraduate degree (any discipline)
• Six to 12 months experience working in an office environment
• High level of administration and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Well organised with the ability to multi-task
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs essential
• Ability to be proactive and work independently
• Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
• Personable and a good team player
• Strong interest in sales and marketing
