Sundial Resourcing Ltd (www.sundialresourcing.co.uk) are currently recruiting for Trainee Recruitment Consultants in Leeds to work across the various recruitment sectors that we service. Markets include Finance, Construction/Engineering, IT, Energy and FMCG/Sales & Marketing and we operate nationwide and internationally. It is anticipated this position would best suit an undergraduate/ graduate, or someone with extensive direct B2B sales experience who is looking for a first opportunity in to Recruitment.
You will be an excellent communicator who can demonstrate examples of building and developing winning relationships. The successful candidate will be tenacious with a desire to succeed and boast excellent interpersonal skills
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 degree recruitment process, offering recruitment solutions to clients & candidates, as well as regularly conducting interviews and attending clients visits. You will be responsible for generating new business and establishing positive working relationships with clients and candidates.
* You must be sales focused with the ability to exceed targets
* Have excellent communication and negotiation service skills.
* You will be self-motivated and very proactive, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
* You will be ambitious, competitive and comfortable in a targeted environment
Salaries start at £18-23k plus we operate a generous performance linked bonus scheme, with basics rising on completion of training period and then regularly reviewed dependent on performance. On average you can expect to earn £35k-40k first Year OTE, second year £50-65kOTE, third year in excess of £75k OTE.
