We are looking for both experienced recruiters and those new to the industry who feel they have what it takes to succeed in a sales environment.

Kate Matthews Solutions was established in 2010 to supply Software Testing and Change Management consultants and to be recognised as a partner of choice for clients within those two areas.

Joining the business at this stage provides a real exciting opportunity for successful individuals. The people we hire now will be the ones to take on real responsibility and shape the growth and culture of the business and play key roles in decision making as expansion happens.

We are interested in hearing from proven recruiters with either contract or perm experience within IT, experience recruiting Testing or Change/ Transformation roles would be ideal however if you understand the 360 recruitment lifecycle then we are interested.

If you are new to recruitment you may be a proven sales professional but if not, and more importantly, you should possess the personality attributes to be successful in sales.
