For over 25 years, our client, a premier recruitment brand in specialised divisions, has provided Marketing and Sales recruitment solutions to a broad range of clients.The company has several offices across the UK and also international presence.

The Opportunity

* A requirement has arisen to appoint a Marketing and Sales recruiter, focusing on hiring professionals in to the Consumer sector
* Clients typically include blue chip companies
* Candidates are of senior nature with titles such as Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, Product Director.
* This role will allow you to work alongside a team of like minded recruitment consultants and be part of a larger team of 20 consultants who recruit other specialist positions in this sector, allowing you to work off the back of these relationships.

Person Specification

Our client seeks bright and personable individuals whose attributes include loads of potential, good organisation, a determined mentality and good communication skills.
You are also highly literate and able to work to tight deadlines.
Ideally you will have a background within sales & marketing recruitment but we will also equally be open to recruitment consultants who have experience within other recruitment sectors.
Demonstrable evidence of commercial awareness, pro-activity and using your initiative will be needed as these competencies are key to becoming successful in this role.
A track record for successfully developing business relationships through effective communication is another important trait.
You also believe in and practice values that include effective teamwork, strong open communication and a sense of pride in what you do.
