Salary: £18,000 - 30,000 per annum + commission + bonus

We want to speak with sales professionals working within a client facing role, with a proven track record of sales or recruitment ideally within the IT arena. Maybe you have built and ran a successful desk before and understand the importance of client relations and networking and are hungry to reach your full earning potential. We are not a company that rest on our laurels we are constantly pushing to be more successful and generate more income, we want our new recruitment consultants to help develop and drive the business forward and enjoy the success along with our current team as we continue to grow.
As a company we are based in Burgess Hill and work purely within the IT recruitment market, we have a strong team environment and a money motivated ethos. We have an uncapped commission scheme and provide all staff with the tools necessary to build and grow a thriving IT desk. We do not micromanage we support each other, communicate effectively and look at all potential avenues to maximise revenue. We are a meritocracy and as such you will be rewarded for your success. We put in the time and energy that is required to make our desks work. We all have the same goal in mind...to be the chosen recruitment company in IT, to make a lot of money and continue to grow with a lot hard work and some fun along the way!
