We need a Recruitment Consultant, who will be responsible for advertising for staff, interviewing, processing applications, sending for references, arranging training and ensuring all staff are compliant before they start work.
Communication is key with this role, as most of your work will be dealing with people face to face and over the telephone. During busy times, with the phones ringing and people visiting, you will need to remain calm and focussed.
We are extremely proud of the reputation we have built, providing great staff and high levels of service to our clients. Its all about building relationships with everybody connected to us. We will expect you to complete your tasks swiftly and go that extra mile with a smile.
You will be working in an open plan office with continuous support from the whole team in all areas of your work.

You must be computer literate, an excellent communicator with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to multi-task with a real sense of urgency. You will be expected to maintain our database and keep all information up to date. You must be well-organised and use your own initiative.

8:45 am to 5:30 pm. Monday to Friday.
We will offer a salary of £15,000
