Type of Position:
Recruitment Consultant, with a view to internal promotion and ongoing professional development, fully funded.

Area:
Ardingly Haywards Heath
Beautiful Boutique Shop & Office Location

Salary:
Basic + excellent bonus and commission + iPhone + pool car for work use + other benefits

Start Date:
ASAP / April 2011

Days of work:
M-F

Hours of work:
8.30-5.30pm (flex)

Experience and Knowledge
Understanding of high quality child care provision particularly a Nanny role within the home.
Understanding of parents needs and requirements when recruiting for domestic staff.
Understanding and knowledge of all aspects of childcare recruitment.
Knowledge of Microsoft word/excel/outlook is preferable
Knowledge of recruitment policies including equal opportunities and discrimination law.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to work to instructions, and increasingly take responsibility and management of your desk.
To take day-to-day responsibility for the organization of your role.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to communicate appropriately both in writing and verbally.
Ability to support the promotion and publicity of this boutique agency.
Ability to support the Senior Recruiter in the day-to-day running of the agency.
Ability to plan own time and workload on a daily basis.
To have a confident telephone (well spoken) manner/ PC skills.
Minimise customer complaints and maximise customer satisfaction.
Support the Senior Recruiter with general administrative duties.
