Salary: £24k - £30k plus uncapped bonus
OTE c£50k year 1; c£60k year 2

This is an excellent opportunity for a financial services recruitment consultant with a minimum of two years experience to join a small recruitment company which has big ambitions for the future.

We specialise in recruiting permanent staff in the Banking, Leasing / Asset Finance and Invoice Finance sectors, placing experienced staff in roles in the £30k to £100k salary range.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and determined person to join our team in Hove. You will be responsible for developing our leasing or banking desk, depending on your own background, building client relationships, winning and filling the vacancies you generate.

You will be a relationship builder, with proven experience of new business development as well as managing existing Client relationships.

Other skills and aptitudes we are seeking include:
Excellent verbal, written and face to face communication and presentation skills

Confident and out-going personality
Hard working and dynamic individual with a positive and can-do attitude
Desire to succeed and contribute to the success of the team

You will be educated to degree standard, preferably in a languages, communications or business related discipline
